Shipping Methods & Charges: We ship via trusted couriers. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout; free shipping may apply on select orders. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time: Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
Safety: Fragile items like figures, katanas, and Gundam models are double-checked for secure packaging.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: Contact our support team immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We’ll assist with replacement or resolution wherever possible.

Returns & Refunds:

Eligibility: You can return items within 5 days if they arrive damaged or defective. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items: Official products (Bandai, Banpresto, Ichiban Kuji, Sagacity, etc.) and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Proof Required: Provide a short unboxing video showing the damage or defect to expedite your return.
Requesting a Refund: Contact our support team with your order details and video proof. We’ll guide you step by step.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll refund your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
